A simple yet delicious drink that is a combination of Don Julio Blanco, Fresh Lime, Cola and Salt.

Ingredients

45ml Don Julio Blanco

20ml Lime Juice

125ml Cola

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

1 Salt Rim (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Use a lime wedge to moisten the rim of a Highball Glass.

  2. Dip into a dish of Salt to create a Salt Rim.

  3. Fill the Highball Glass with Ice.

  4. Add all the liquid ingredients to the glass.

  5. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  6. Garnish with a Wedge of Lime.
