A winter warmer, British style! Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Earl Grey Tea, Sugar and Spiced Orange Bitters - this is one posh punch!

Ingredients

300ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

175ml Lemon Juice

300ml Earl Grey Tea

200ml Granulated White Sugar

15ml Spiced Orange Bitters

5 Lemon Wheels (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Punch Bowl

1 Small Punch Cups

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Stove and Pan to reheat (if necessary)

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a Punch Bowl.

  2. Stir until the Sugar has completely dissolved.

  3. Garnish with Lemon Wheels.

  4. Reheat, if necessary, but do not bring it to a boil.

  5. Serve warm.
