12.5ml Crème de Cassis
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Blackberries (Garnish)
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a Crushed Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Drizzle over the Creme de Mure.
Garnish with a Blackberry and a Lime Wheel.
