50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold

20ml Campari

15ml Demerara syrup

50ml Pineapple juice

20ml Lime juice

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Wine Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
