Captain Mojito
Surely this needs no introduction!



Serves:
Ingredients
50ml Captain Morgan White Rum
15ml Sugar Syrup
6 Mint Leaves
25ml Soda Water
1 Lime (small cubes)
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Place Lime Cubes, Mint and Sugar Syrup in the Highball Glass.
Muddle together.
Add the Captain Morgan White Rum, then fill 0.75 with Crushed Ice and churn together.
Top up with Club Soda and add Ice, if necessary.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a Lime Wedge.
