Ingredients

35ml Crown Royal Black Blended Canadian Whisky

25ml Simple Syrup

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

100ml Orange Juice

10ml Champagne

1 Long Twist of Lemon (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Champagne Flute

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first four ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.

  3. Top with Champagne.

  4. Garnish with a Long Lemon Peel folded over the edge of the glass.
