30ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
60ml Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
30ml Bordeaux style wine
10ml Demerara syrup
1 Teaspoon Allspice Dram Liqueur
1 Pinch Grated Nutmeg (Garnish)

1 Guinness Beer Glass
1 Jigger
1 Sauce Pan
1 Wooden Spoon
1 Grater
method
Heat all the ingredients except for the Whisky in a Saucepan.
Pour into a preheated glass and add Johnnie Walker Black Label.
Grate Fresh Nutmeg over to garnish.
