Gin Sunray
A sweet citrus sensation! Tanqueray London Dry Gin, triple sec liqueur, fresh lemon and orange juice on the rocks topped with a splash of soda...like a brilliant ray of sunshine!

35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
15ml Triple sec
10ml Fresh lemon juice
50ml Orange juice
50ml Seltzer
3 Lemon Wedges (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Highball Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients except the Seltzer with Ice.
Strain into a Highball Glass filled with Cubed Ice.
Top with the Seltzer.
Garnish with Lemon Wedges.
