35ml Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Honey Syrup

1 Dash of Bitters

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Twist of Lemon.
