A whiskey smash with a sweet kiss of honey! Smirnoff Wild Honey with simple syrup, and bourbon with soda...so good you can't help but crush on it!

Ingredients

25ml Smirnoff Wild Honey

25ml Simple syrup

15ml Bulleit Bourbon

4 Lemon wedges

4 Mint Leaves

60ml Club Soda

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Mint and Lemon Wedges with Sugar Syrup in a Shaker.

  2. Add the Bourbon and shake with Ice.

  3. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
