Jinzu pairs deliciously with Asian Plum Wine and Dry Vermouth.

50ml Jinzu
10ml Dry Vermouth
5ml Umeshu Plum Wine or Sweet White Wine
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
method
Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
