6 Crushed peppercorns
6 Basil leaves
40ml Pineapple Juice
1 Basil Sprig (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer

method
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a Highball Glass filled with Ice.
Garnish with a Basil Sprig.
