15ml Simple syrup
25ml Fresh lime juice
70ml Pom Coconut
1 Dash of Angostora Bitters
2 Pineapple Leaves

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with Pineapple Leaves.
