25ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
125ml Hot Water
15ml Simple Syrup
1 Tea Bag Lemon
1 Lemon Peel Twist (Garnish)

1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Make Lemon Tea in a Mug, letting it steep for two minutes.
Remove the teabag and add the other liquid ingredients.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon Peel Twist.
