25ml Haig Club

1 Clove

10ml Lemon juice

10ml Orange juice

10ml Simple syrup

5ml Creme de cassis

15ml Tawny port

1 Cinnamon Quill (Garnish)

1 Dehydrated Orange Zest (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in a Tankard

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Cinnamon Quill and a Dehydrated Orange Zest.
