70ml Grapefruit juice
15ml Honey syrup
3 Leaves of Mint (Garnish)

1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer

method
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
