Take a spin to the South Side with this summertime sensation from the Windy City! Tanqueray London Dry Gin over muddled Mint and Lime and topped with Ice - it's the perfect libation for a scorching day!

50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

8 Mint Leaves

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

method

  1. Muddle Lime Wedges with Sugar Syrup in the Highball Glass.

  2. Add the Tanqueray and fill glass with Crushed Ice.

  3. Churn with a Bar Spoon.

  4. Add more Crushed Ice, if required.

  5. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
