15ml Orange Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
1Tbsp Sugar (Garnish)
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Shot Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Rim a large Shot Glass with Sugar.
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a Large Shot Glass.
Garnish with a Orange Twist.
