A fabulous blend of smoky Talisker 10 with Sweet Honey and Fresh Orange.

50ml Talisker 10
5ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Honey
50ml Orange Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
