The Highland Fling
Take a quick trip to the Highlands! Johnnie Walker Black Label with sweet and dry vermouth and a dash of bitters on the rocks - it's as traditionally Scottish as a kilt.

35ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
10ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Bitters
1 Twist Lemon (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all the liquid ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.
Stir to mix, chill and dilute.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
