25ml Sour Apple Liqueur
10ml Sweet Sour Mix
2 Granny Smith Apple Slices (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with Apple Slices.
