30ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Strawberry (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
FIne strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with a Strawberry.
