30ml Reeftip Spiced Rum

100ml Sparkling blood orange Soda

1 Pink Grapefruit Wedge (Garnish)

1 Steemed glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Stemmed Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pink Grapefruit Wedge.
