30ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
