44ml Casamigos Blanco
40ml Fresh watermelon juice
15ml Fresh lime juice
7ml Simple syrup
8 Mint leaves
1 Watermelon slice (Garnish)
1 Mint sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Muddler
1 Strainer
1 Ice scoop
1 Tongs
1 Rocks glass
method
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker.
Muddle fruit/herbs.
Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into a rocks glass.
Add fresh ice and garnish.
Alcohol content: 13.90g per serve
