Ingredients
44ml Casamigos Blanco
22ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Agave syrup
2 Dashes of grapefruit bitters
1 Jalapeno slice cut lengthwise (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Muddler
1 Strainer
1 Ice scoop
1 Tongs
1 Rocks glass
method
Wet ½ rim of rocks glass with lime wheel and dip into salt mixture.
Muddle jalapeno.
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker.
Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into rimmed rocks glass.
Add fresh ice and garnish.
Alcohol content: 13.9g per serve
