The perfect way to unwind after a long day. Cîroc Coconut mixed with Vanilla Liqueur, Fresh Lime and topped off with a splash of Ginger Ale - as delightful as a Hawaiian sunset.

25ml Ciroc Coconut

15ml Vanilla Liqueur

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

3 Dashes of Bitters

50ml Ginger Ale

1  Lemon Wedge (Garnish)

1  Rocks Glass

1 Jigger

1  Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Combine all the liquid ingredients into a Rocks Glass over Ice.

  2. Top with Ginger Ale.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.
