50ml Ciroc Vodka

25ml Rosemary-Infused Agave Syrup

25ml Lemon juice

1 Flamed Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

1 Lighter

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Flamed Rosemary Sprig.
