25ml Ciroc Vodka
10ml Elderflower liqueur
75ml Champagne
15ml Lemon juice
3 Red Rose Petal (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Champagne Flute
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a Champagne Flute.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with a Red Rose Petal.
