40ml Bulleit Bourbon
10ml Zacapa 23
10ml Vanilla liqueur
40ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Lime Juice
10ml Almond Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Pinch of Black Pepper
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Julep Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Garnish with Cracked Black Pepper, Orange Wedge and a Mint Sprig.
