35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

10ml French Herbal Liqueur

3 Dashes of Cherry Stone/Anise Bitters

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Rocks Glass

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

method

  1. Shake all ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with Cubed Ice.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Wedge.
