50ml Smirnoff Amaretto Vodka
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
70ml Club Soda
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients except Club Soda with Ice.
Strain over Cubed Ice into a Highball Glass.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.
