Ingredients

40ml Ketel One vodka

30ml Tonka Cold Brew

10ml Salted Macadamia

1 Chilled coupe glass

method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice, then fast hard shake.

  2. Double strain the first part into a small tin.

  3. Add the rest into your chilled coupe glass.

  4. Top with your small tin cocktail for more foam (You can also dry shake without ice additionally for a foamier top if needed).

*500g Caster Sugar + 500g Boiling Water. Stir to dissolve. Allow to cool. Bottle and refrigerate.

Alcoholic content: 15.09g per serve.
