Ingredients

35ml Ketel One Vodka

10ml Navan Vanilla Liqueur

15ml Yuzu Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

10ml Matcha tea

25ml Orgeat syrup

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rim half the glass with Sugar.

  2. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into the Martini Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
