Ingredients

1.5oz Ketel One Vodka

0.5oz Mandarin Napoleon

0.5oz  fresh Lemon Juice

0.25oz Sugar Syrup (2:1 ratio)

1oz Soda

1  Orange Slice

1 Cherry

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1  Hawthorne Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Fill a Highball glass with cubed ice.

  2. Into a cocktail shaker, add all the liquid ingredients apart from the Soda Water.

  3. Fill the shaker three-quarters of the way with cubed ice and shake well.

  4. Strain over the cubed ice in the Highball glass.

  5. Top with Soda Water.

20.2 g per serve
