50ml Bulleit Bourbon

50ml Peach Puree

10ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

8 Mint Leaves

1 Peach Slice (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the mint in the bottom of a Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add the liquid ingredients and shake with ice.

  3. Garnish with a Peach Slice and Mint Sprig.

18 g per serve
