Ron Zacapa Ámbar Mojito
Zacapa Ambar is mixed with Mint and Lime in this refreshingly tasty classic.

Ingredients
50ml Zacapa Ámbar
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
60ml Soda Water
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Muddler
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Muddle all the ingredients except the Mint Leaves with Soda Water a Highball Glass.
Fill with Crushed Ice and churn.
Top with Crushed Ice if needed and top up with Soda Water.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
