This rich, bold drink mixes a range of aperitifs with Don Julio Reposado to create a complex drink.

Ingredients

40ml Don Julio Reposado

20ml Aperol

15ml Sweet Vermouth

15ml Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

1  Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Mixing Glass

1 Julep Strainer

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.

  2. Stir to mix, chill and dilute.

  3. Strain into a Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  4. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
