Ingredients

50ml Captain Morgan White Rum

10ml Stirrings Ginger Flavoured Liqueur

15ml Blood Orange Purée

25ml Orange Juice

10ml Orgeat Syrup

25ml Club Soda

1 Lime Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first five liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into an ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Top up with Club Soda.

  4. Garnish with a Lime Twist.
