25ml Coconut Water
30ml Salted Pineapple Syrup
2 Pineapple Leaves (Garnish)

1 Mixing Glass
1 Julep Strainer
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled Mixing Glass.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with an Orange Peel.
