44ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila
22ml Fresh Lime Juice
14.8ml Fresh Orange Juice
7.4ml Agave Nectar
1 Optional: 1⁄2 Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Orange Zest
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Strainer
1 Ice Scoop
1 Tongs
1 Rocks glass
method
Wet 1⁄2 rim of Rocks glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into the optional salt mixture.
Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a small Rocks glass.
Add fresh ice and garnish.
