A stunning Single Grain Scotch Whisky with a fresh, clean style, Haig Club Deluxe was launched in 2014 in partnership with David Beckham and is the pinnacle of the Haig Club portfolio.

Production Process

Crafted by Master Distiller and Blender Chris Clark, Haig Club Deluxe is crafted using the finest cereal grains and is distilled in one distillery – Cameronbridge. From here Haig Club Deluxe is then aged in refill oak, American oak and rejuvenated casks.

Each cask type adds a subtle layer of flavour, aroma and texture. The result is a wonderfully smooth, subtly complex and perfectly balanced Scotch whisky.

Flavour Profile

There is a rich and creamy texture to this whisky, which mixes sweet flavours of brioche, coconut, vanilla and toffee (from the Fresh Bourbon casks) with just enough spice and pepper (from the rejuvenated casks) to keep it lively. Delicious hints of currants, apple and festive spices also slowly develop ending in a complex, yet silky smooth finish.

It is light, clean and ultra-smooth and is the perfect whisky to have to hand in your bar working on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Interesting facts

The Haigs were great packaging innovators, desigining many unique whisky bottles, and the Haig Club Deluxe square blue bottle, developed in partnership with David Beckha, pays tribute to them with its bright blue colour.
