60ml Chai tea (unsweetened)
30ml Milk or half & half
15ml Simple syrup
5ml Liquid Caramel (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a Rocks Glass over Cubed Ice.
Garnish with a Drizzle of Liquid Caramel and a Mint Sprig.
