  • Jim Beveridge selected up to 18 remarkable Malt and Grain whiskies, including Speyside Malts, such as Cardhu, Glen Elgin and Auchroisk for their sweetness. Highland Malts including Blair Athol, for their fruit and complex flavours, and carefully aged Island Malts for a subtle smokiness.
