Ingredients
1.5oz Caol Ila 12yo
0.15oz Sugar Syrup
3 Dashes of Lemon Bitters
1 Large Orange Peel Twist
method
Combine all ingredients in a Rocks Glass.
Fill the glass with lots of cubed ice and stir for 45 seconds.
Zest the orange peel over the top of the glass.
