Mojito Reposado
The classic Mojito with a Mexican flair! Don Julio Reposado Tequila over muddled mint, sugar and lime juice. Served on the rocks with a splash of soda water...Salud!

Ingredients
1.75oz Don Julio Reposado Tequila
3.5oz Club Soda
8 Mint Leaves
1.5oz Teaspoon Sugar
0.5oz Maraschino Liqueur
0.25oz Lime Juice
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Clap mint to release essentail oils.
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
