1.5oz Old Parr Aged 12 Years

3oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

0.65oz Ginger Syrup

1 Top with Ginger Beer

1 Slice of Ginger and/or Pineapple Leaves, garnish

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Cocktail Strainer

method

  1. Combine Old Parr Aged 12 Year, pineapple juice, and ginger syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice.

  3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of ginger and/or pineapple leaves.
