Preparation
- Add Vodka, Simple Syrup and Lime Juice to a Highball glass.
- Clap Mint Leaves and add.
- Fill three-quarters of the way with crushed ice and muddle.
- Top with Crushed Ice.
- Add Soda Water.
- Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
