0.5oz Club Soda
0.5oz Lime Juice
0.75oz Simple Syrup
12 Mint Leaves
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Clap the Mint to release the aromas.
Add all ingredients to a Highball glass.
Fill with cubed ice.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Mint Leaf.
