Twelve Days of Yule
The Twelve Days of Yule is a light cocktail, perfect to kick off the early evening. With apple and dill cordial, paired with Don Julio Blanco and finished with an acorn-shaped cacao nibs candy garnish.

Ingredients
1.5oz Don Julio Blanco
1 Sprig dill and icing sugar on top (Garnish)
0.5oz Apple cider vinegar
0.5oz Simple syrup
0.25oz Pimento liqueur
2oz Soda water
1 cacao nibs candy (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball glass
method
Pour everything except the soda water and garnishes into the highball glass.
Add ice into the glass.
Top up with soda water.
Stir well.
Garnish with a cacao nibs candy and sprig of dill.
Finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
